Wheels

Has anyone put a set of the 15 by 8 Rally's off of like a 85 chevy 4WD on to a 93 4WD or so? Will they fit and is there any clearance issues, I know originally the 93 has 16's on it...

Thanks

Re: Wheels

I put a set from a 85 2wd onto my 88 2wd. They fit nice and look great. No clearance issues at all, but then again thats a 2WD.

Re: Wheels

heard of guys doing it, some say they may hit the front caliper, but you can grind it down to clear, other's say it's just fine no issues, bolt pattern is the same so they'll bolt up, but clearance not sure. Downside they stick out more and might cause the tires to rub on the body maybe.

Re: Wheels

This isn't the wheel you asked about, but may give you some food for thought. These are Wheel Vintiques, 16x7's running 245R70's.

Re: Wheels

the less backspacing of the wheels and being 10's mostly being 10's I bet is what caused it to rub out there, 15x8's could possibly clear without rubbing.

pretty cool that you found 10 inch rallys though I haven't seen any that I can think of.

if i remeber right they were 10's im pretty sure i measured them but i guess i could be wrong they might be 8's but i thin a 12.5 might be to wide for a 8
