Wiring in 7 pin trailer plug

I have a 1988 Chevrolet V30 crew cab dually that I am currently going through. The rear wiring harness was in poor condition so I recently rebuilt it from the terminals back with new SXL wiring in the stock configuration.

I also installed a Class IV receiver on the truck and would like to install a 7 pin trailer plug, however I would to keep the wiring as clean as possible. I will be running an AUX battery and a trailer brake controller.

Has anyone incorporate a 7 pin into their year into the factory fuse block? Thanks.
