Re: NAPCO Thread
Oh man! I'm digging that. I am posting the photos and text for the record.
1956 GMC Truck with completely rebuilt flatbed: It runs, 1 ton dully, 4 wheel drive, (nampco, original to the truck), 4 speed manual, 400ci engine, very rare with 3 rear windows in back of cab ( see photos). This is a truck just waiting for you to finish what has been started. It has a new, completely rebuilt flatbed, tires with lots of tread, cab and body waiting to be restored. It is has 1958 front fenders and hood. Dual head lights, pto winch on the front, clean title in hand.

Re: NAPCO Thread
That’s the first time I’ve seen someone try to make a task force cab five window (really four since the front glass is one piece); otherwise, that’s a nice one

Re: NAPCO Thread
It’s actually factory - I have seen 1 or 2 others. Forget the story about them though!

Re: NAPCO Thread
Those cabs were used on bigger trucks, semi's. They are factory not custom or homemade but never seen one on a 1 ton Blue Chip truck before, based on the ad description and pictures he's pieced it together from multiple donor trucks. GMC hood, Chevy grille, etc. Task Force were Chevy's.

Re: NAPCO Thread
most ere eaton axles . they used a lot of off the shelf parts and i have heard / read the front center diff is the same as the back end . just olted in the custom made front housing .
try looking in the heavy hauler section here there is a decent amount of 4x4 big trucks in there . when your typing a post scroll down and use the manage attachments button and then load files from there .

On cab window count you don't count the windshield. It's door windows back, such as 3 window coupe having door windows and back window. 5 window coupe had quarter glass.
