Bolts inside B-pillar/ bedside
Am I looking at things wrong, or are there 2 bolts on each side that go through the bedsides, floor and into welded nuts on the torsion box support plate? That look to be inside the B-pillar with no access?
This looks to be the plate they are threaded into https://gmcpauls.com/pictures/69-72B...AssemPlate.jpg Looking to remove my bedside, how do people handles these bolts? |

Makes more sense now. Those bolts do not hold the bedside on. Had some p.o. booger weld holding it.

I just had to get to mine recently, I cut a small hole in the top of the bedside over the B pillar (it was rusted, I needed to patch it anyway) and strung a bunch of extensions together to reach down in there. Pretty easy.
