Re: 66 suburban build

Every now and then some factory seats will pop up for sale on this site or the HAMB. I don't see anything wrong with yours. Does the front fold up for rear passengers ?I've been keeping track of where your Burb has been. Did you buy it from Gueydan in Kenner?

The front seat is from a 60's model c10. It leans forward but doesn't give much room to get in the back seat. Would like to have something more like the original, 60/40 split. So it will allow for better access. The rear seats are a Ford van i was told. Don't mind to save the rears if i can get a new front and recover in original style cloth.

I bought the burb from a dealer in Nashville. It came from Floyd's Knob, Indiana. It was in Indiana for approx. 6 years. Before that i think it was in Georgia.

Hey Nooby, love the ride! Just pulled the body off mine and am working the bag layout. Where did you hide your tank and compressor (s)??
Great work!

Thanks man..The 5 gal tank fits behind the gas tank and I have a compressor on each outer side of the frame at the very rear.

Very cool! I added the build thread to the comment section of the video. Maybe it'll direct some others to this site & your build.
