Thanks,

Just going to straighten out some odds and ends. Possibly build a roof rack this winter, Ridetech LevelPro, etc.

JUst my opinion,... but skip the levelpro from Ridetech and go with Accuair.

What is the real difference in the two systems?

My issue is that the Burb already has all the Ridetech components and valve block. So the LevelPro should plug in to everything.

I like the look of the Accuair controller better, but i do not want to have to replace the valve block.

Does anyone know if the Accuair will work with the Ridetech valves?

Re: Just picked up this 1966 Suburban

I have Ridetech's controller on my blazer and it's never worked correctly.
The preset air pressures were never reached.
I run it in manual.

Did you call Ridetech?

I have electric switch's now. I want to do 1,2,3. Just hit button and go.

If my wife wants to drive it i dont want here worrying if its at ride height or not.

I believe the only way to have a true get in and go set up you have to do using ride height sensors like Accuair uses. The pressure style units encounter too many variables.

Ridetech and Accuair both use a height sensor.

I am thinking i can buy the Accuair and there valves and still be cheaper than buying the ridetech stuff to complete what i have.

Re: Just picked up this 1966 Suburban

You can use accuair and the existing ridetech valves ,

I recently did this for a customer. Accuair supplies the pig tail and wiring schematic in the kit when you buy an E level setup..

Do you know what rear end gears you have? Or what RPM do you run at while cruising 60 MPH?

Re: Just picked up this 1966 Suburban

Can you post a couple pics of your rear door latches? I just picked up a set of panel doors and the latch inside the right door is missing. Im also looking for where the door latches catch on the brackets mounted on the body, if that makes sense. I will try to post pics of what I'm looking for.
Thanks
