Here are a couple of pics of my 98 shorty 4x4. Alcoa wheels, Air Aid induction system and Flowmaster exhaust. I bought it new. I don't drive it much anymore. It stays in my shop with the Ford. I've put 3000 miles on it since June 2007. Great thread!

PT,your`s is my favorite so far. With the introduction of the extended cab a good ole regular cab shortbed isn`t all that common in this body.I`d like to find the right one.

Can my '93 play? It's disguised as a '94-'98; I think the only thing that gives it away is the lack of a third brake light.

Re: Post your '94-'98 shortbeds...

this is my '94 ext. cab short box which i resently bought...it already had the bug sheild, nerf bars, and toneu cover .which i would recamend to anyone because it is easy to work with and is never in the way it is a lund cover that velcros on the sides and latches just infront of the tail gate.... the only thing i have done to it so far is put a flex-a-lite fan on it, and the different rims (pictured).... as soon as i get it back from paint(phesant damage) i will be putting the '96 and newer style brakeaway mirrors on it.

LOL....I might give it to you! I haven't driven it in a week b/c I broke a bolt off removing the thermostat housing. Fun times. And I was swapping the stat b/c it failed emissions, so I have a sinking feeling that after I finally get it back on the road, it's just gonna fail again and I'll have to try something else.

Hey, do you have any pics of your old 89? If so, you oughta post them.
