painting upper and lower molding

Whats the best way to touch up or paint the black in the moldings.The trim is on the truck.Also what kind of paint to match.Thanks

X2 My trim from LMC started flaking the black off in less than 1 summer.

Scuff,mask,& Dupli-Color Low Gloss Engine Enamel on the bottom. I mask & spray the center of the upper & do the outer by hand & wipe if needed.
