is this a good deal for a truck?

1967 GMC shortbox 4x4, nice looking. its not all rotted out. paint is bad. no motor good trans and everything else. interior is nice. and the box is decent. its 1900.00 with no motor. thinking of it as my winter truck. and also what would somthing like this be like with a plow on it? like a small one? just wondering thanks

Yes, that is a really good deal. It seems like a lot, but that is what they go for I guess. I was going to buy a running GMC 4x4 for $750, but it was gone by the time I could call back to say I wanted it. If I found a swb 4x4 like you described for that price, as long as I had a way to get it home I would go for it.

a 67 GMC SWB 4x4? That sounds really uncommon, maybe pushing being rare. I know swb chev 4x4's are very uncommon, especially in 67 and 68, and they made a lot less GMC's than Chevs....so hmmmm

Makes you wonder how uncommon it really is

I gave 1800 for my 72, swb 4x4 stepside, it ran great, drove almost like new, so I didn't bother getting under it to check it out real well........found out later that it used to be a longbed.....whoops........oh well......I've turned down more than 1 offer of 2500 for it.
