1990 Power mirror disassembly

Anyone have instructions on how to disassembly the power mirrors on my 1990 Suburban?

I figured it out. The mirror head was loose so it wabbled a bit. Actually they are simple to take apart. 4 screws and the head pops off. Simple fix to, the 3 inner scres were loose. Now I have to get the glass back in. Looks like it fell out before as it was onle siliconed in place. Is there a better way to attach the glass to the plastic?
