Can anyone help with radio wiring on an 03

I bought this 2500 work truck. It had AM FM radio only from the factory. The guy that I bought it from had installed an aftermarket radio and it quit working a couple weeks later. I have the stock radio but he had cut the factory plug off the wiring harness. I went to the junk yard and found a 03 Chevy cargo van. I cut the plug out of it thinking I could splice it back in. I figured same radio same harness. Well the plug fits in my radio fine. Both the plug and my truck harness have 11 wires. However the colors aren’t the same and I’m not sure if the wires are in the correct pin locations for my radio.

The black with the white strip is the ground. One of the orange wires is constant 12v. I was guessing the other smaller orange wire was a keyed hot but I wasn’t getting anything on my test light. The remaining 4 pairs go to each speaker I assume. If the plug was the same. I figured I could match the wires but that’s not the case. I tried plugging in the harness to see if the radio would power up using the black as the ground and the red as positive but I got nothing. I need to figure out if the wires in the plug are right per the radio. Any help here would be great. Thanks
