Re: How many 2 wheel drive blazers do we have?

A couple updates, New 1970 2wd blazer added to the stable runs and drives. All original sheet metal, owner had it for 25yrs, rebuilt 383 . still on drum.
and the 4wd is almost road worthy

I couldn’t agree more! I’m so tired of seeing lowered trucks and Blazers. Beautiful stock looking Blazer!

Re: How many 2 wheel drive blazers do we have?

Raggedjim & Joe's junk, I'm glad you guys like it! Lol. I actually kept it stock height for 2 reasons, first I thought I would be unique keeping it stock and second I simply just didn't want to spend the money to lower it.

Also, Thealien i keep PM'ing you, but I don't think they are going through! If they aren't the answer to your question is 32 3/4" in front and 33 1/4" in back. I hope you see this!

Received and replied, thanks. Been distracted today my 92 year old dad with Alzheimer's and dementia has been keeping me busy.

I bet it rides nice on the stock height suspension.

Glad you received them. I sent you updated measurements. I understand how busy you must be with your dad; my grandmother had dementia. Just a horrible disease.

Until I finished the Blazer I had never driven a 67-72 truck that had rebuilt suspension. Never knew how worn out those other trucks suspensions were until now. While it does have more understeer than what we are used to on modern vehicles it drives great ! Goes down the highway at 70 without any wander or slop. Feels like a "brand new" 70s truck. If that makes sense!

Livrat, You have had a very nice blazer collection thru out the years! I have owned my blazer since 2005 . My blazer is by far not a show truck . A couple of weeks ago was my first time ever taking it to a car show (Goodguys) . I was overwhelmed on how many people wanted to buy my blazer . I can not bring my self to parting with it . You should have keeped one of all the nice blazers you have owned thru out the years.

Thank you for the compliment, The only regret I have is I wish I had them all now to sell! Especially with today's market! My fun was in the build, once finished and I drove them for a while I no longer wanted them. And it wasn't just with Blazers, it was any vehicle that I had in the last 50 years. Of the thousands of vehicles I've owned there are only two vehicles from my past that I wish I would of kept. One was a 1970 440 6Pack Cuda and the other was a 1953 Studebaker Starlight Coupe.
