Dana 60 front parts

I am in the middle of rebuilding my front Dana 60 and I cannot find some parts. Does anyone no where I can purchase new parts #'s 63 and 56 or if anyone has a descent set of used ones? The one part is a brake dust sheild and the other is some sort of spindle seal cover. I need a pair of each. Can they be purchased new spicer or aftermarket? If so does anyone have a link to where I can purchase them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't need 'em. I've ran without them for years without any issues. But I think they are available from the dealer, maybe. If not used somewhere, try evilbay.

You have been running without both pieces? I cannot locate them on ebay yet? I have been looking. Maybe not typing in the right info? I kind of figured you do not need the dust sheild but the other piece? Not sure what to call it?

I dont use the either, they are both dust shields #56 is a dust sheild for the inside of the rotor.

Re: Dana 60 front parts

I think they are GM only thing. I have a Hp60 in my truck that was in an 86 Ford van, I know it was all original, it didn't have either of them.

Re: Dana 60 front parts

Well I do not think it matters if they are a matching set or not as long as they are solid and fuctional.

Re: Dana 60 front parts

Mines brake shielded on one side because the one was rusted so bad it crumbled in my hands so I assume the other one will if I ever mess with that side they wouldn't be too hard to replicate as long as you have a somewhat solid one to begin with
