08 silverado problems, help please!

I had a flat on I-70, changed it on the side of the road, then had engine problems....all of these alarms went off on the truck and it wouldn't go more than 5mph!
I shut it off, and sit there like a duck out of water thinking what my next move was going to be.....I started it and it took off like nothing wrong. I drove another 50 miles and it did the same thing....so did I....it took off again like nothing wrong........
I made it back home without another incident, replaced the bad tire at Sam's (it was the same tire that went flat in Nashville, the belts were broken and they would not patch again)....all check engine lights went off once new tire was aired up and in the truck.
Got any ideas what could have been wrong? Could the flat tire cause this since the TPMS was reading 0 psi?

This is sitting on the side of the road, pedal to the floor and wouldn't go anywhere!

this is what it looked like going down the road.
