C-Notch, drop spindles

This might be a dumg question, but I was wondering do you have to get a C-notch for your truck if you decide to bag it, or can you just bag it and get still have a sweet stance. Also if anyone can answer, is there a difference if when you bag both front and rear, will drop spindles add even more lowness in da front. Thanks!

drop spindles will lower it more and a notch is suggested, it will have alot of rake if you dont notch it in the rear.

hey anthony,
best kit available is thru Air Ride Technologies. www.ridetech.com.
i have bagged dozens of trucks and "kit" wise they are the best. they are a little pricey, but believe me when they say bolt-on they mean bolt-on. the bolt-on kit for the 67-72 at your door step is just a $1000.00. early post was correct. you dont have to have drop spindles or a c-notch, but if you wanna lay frame both are a must. if nothing else you definietly want to c-notch your frame, very easy!!!
here's a pic of stock spindles and no c-notch

my opinion is if your gonna drop - then drop it right the frist time.
spend the extra $$, just remember drop spindles means that you must convert to disc brakes. think about this though. the hubs from a 73-87 chevy will fit a 67-72 drop spindle. check your junk yard for possible rebuilds. could svae you major bucks. anyway hope this helps
any other questions plz feel free to email me at rhodog77@yahoo.com
