How to install barn door catch latches

So it took me a year but I finally found all the catches/latches for my barn doors. Now the question is how to install them. My 71 appears to originally have had the lift gate, but I bought it with the barn doors. There are no pre-drilled holes for installing the door catches. Anyone have pictures or suggestions on how to mount them to the frame?

The holes should already be in the top corners of the doors, and one hole may be in the door opening on the body.

I looked in the Assembly Manual but there are no measurements in it....
