Need help getting locking hub unstuck?

Hello

I got my hands on a 77 k20 frame the other day. And I'm trying to work on the locking hubs. From my searches they are the large external Spicer hub for a Dana 44. Anyways I have them 90% torn down. The one thing I can't seem to get is a gear that is so rusted it might as well be welded in the hub body. I've tried heat, pb blaster, soaking it in vinegar for a few days, and of course a BFH.

Any Suggestions and or Tips
Thanks

parts wash them good .

then soak in rust removal stuff they sell all over like evapo-rust . and if you can use a little heat up to around 120* like a electric skillet cooker from walmart cheep .

Re: Need help getting locking hub unstuck?

heat or no heat ?

it works even better with heat .

i had metal rescue and helped my buddy clean his 15k dollar snap-on tool box and 30-40k bucks worth of tool after it went threw a shop flood that was over 6ft deep .

snap-on dealer asked him if he got the box out before flood . . . i did that good a job cleaning it . only things he had to replace was few electronic items and air tools .
