72 cst k5 blazer-has tilt

I saw one today for sale, what do they usually sell for? This one is under $2000. It's a 4 x 4, don't know if its a k5, whats the difference between a k5 and a reg. one?
Thanks.

they are all K/5 even the 2wd ones. Only differance would be the VIN number and the suspension.

Seem's like a good deal to me I paid 2400 for mine as it sit's less tire's. And it is a lot better looking in the pic than in person.

If that blazer was here, I would buy it in a heartbeat!! Things to look at---check under the body for the large boxes that run front to rear and reinforce the inner rockers. they are usually rusted out and can be a pain to replace. Check the floor, floor supports, firewall and the windshield frame for rust damage. You can get a replacement handle for the tailgate from any tractor supply store for around $10. If it runs, drives decent, stops and the interior is pretty much there, it is definitely a bargin in Kentucky terms!!!

Looks like she may need a little TLC, but there's definitely some potential (at least from 20' away). I'd pick it up if I were in your shoes.

Not that it matters.... but it looks like they changed out the front axle. It doesn't have the manual lockouts!!!! They appear out of the 73-up 203 t-Case styled automatic hubs. It is still a really good buy though. Not trying to ruin nuttin... it just looks like that door is the only thing really dented.... Good find

My '69 has a 203 in it. I think it was a Dana 20 originally. It works fine. I'd be conserned about the rust on the doors (and what is below that.) There is a Jimmy in Bothell right now for $1700 with a blown engine... http://adcache.collectorcartraderonl...8/48590598.htm

That's willie's blazer!, he got it on the island for 1200 bucks about 3 mo ago. (Then it was green) It's a 4x4 CST, with a few goodies but has a few dents. I'll bet you can chew him down, he's dutch!
