A/C Noise

Recently on our '04 Tahoe, when we turn on the A/C, and turn the speed up on the higher settings, it makes a really loud buzzing or humming noise. It has the climate control style A/C where you set the temp, and it adjusts automatically, but you can turn the fan speed up or down also. It makes the same noise in the higher fan speeds regardless of whether I turn the temp up or down (A/C or Heat). My brother has a similar issue in his '99 GMC Sierra, but he has the numbered settings 1,2,3,4 with the single temperature knob. Seems to work fine on the lower settings regardless of the temp, but not on the higher speeds. High Speed Fan Relay? Any ideas?

Thanks,
