What is the best primer for doing a top?

What about paint?

Epoxy primer,then Raptor liner, then a good quality single stage urethane for final color. All sprayed the same day allowing some time between coats.

I have found that boat deck paint works well and resists weathering very well. I bought some gloss white deck paint through West Marine years ago and it still looks perfect after 10 years in the SoCal sun.
