1962 Chevy C10 turning over but not starting; new gas line

I have a 1962 Chevy C10 with a 1970 Camaro engine. I recently replaced the gas line from the fuel tank to the fuel pump. Now it won't start even though there's gas in the tank. It won't bring gas from fuel pump to carburetor. There are no leaks.

What may be the issue? Gravity issue?

Is the fuel pump pulling fuel from the tank? First check the line from the tank to the pump is clear, blow air back to the tank. If clear then see if the line from the pump to the carb is clear. If both are yes then you isolated its not a clog and likely the fuel pump. Report back.

Have you tried pouring a small amount of gas into the carb to start it? The engine running that few seconds can sometimes help get the pump caught up.
