96' ECSB 2500 Build "Layla"

Hey Guys!
New to the forum with my 1996 Chevrolet silverado 2500 " Light Duty", I picked this truck up recently from a good friend for 800$. As far as i know it needs intake gaskets and possibly a new transmission. This truck will be my first full build by my self using what ive learned and what im currently learning from the guys at the Custom shop i work at now.

My plan for this truck isnt quite clear just yet but i know it will be on air and it will have a drivetrain update. As for now i have a good bit of body work to accomplish as well as the stated issues. i appreciate all constructive criticism and feedback as i progress along.

Heres a few pics of what im working with right now...
