Im not a fan of that grille. Way too much going on with the lights. It looks cheap to me. Id take a stock color matched GMC over that any day.

Current one is daily driven and has 248,000 miles on it
But has all new suspension parts, new steering parts
New drop
New brakes
New carpet
New leather seats
New wheels
New tires
Motor is getting replaced next month with an 06 4.8 with 80k miles

Well I can finally add something to this, I didnt care for the wheels that used to be on it so I was refraining from uploading pictures! Ordered my drop kit last night!

MCM, your Tahoe looks exaxtly like mine did when I bought. Same color, stance, and similar billet wheels. Im building a 5.3 for mine right now. What are you swapping in? Stock LS1? 5.3?

Nice ride! Would love to do a LS swap on mine someday, but with only 83,xxx original miles, it might be a while.

Its a 4.8 out of an 06 with 80k miles.
Added a Comp Cam
216/220 .525/.532 114LSA

Got the motor for $250 cant beat that. Plan is to add a turbo next year about this time. I was even thinking about compound turbos just to be different. At that point ill be calling Comp Cam for a custom grind.

Nice platform. That's a healthy cam, too. I am building a 5.3 right now. Im shopping for cams as we speak. I'll likely just go heads/cam on mine. A turbo setup would be a lot of fun though.
