2002 Suburban cell/on star external antenna??

I have a non emergency situation but I'd like to fix it. The little black antenna that is for the cell phone part of the on star system got knocked off in the car wash, I presume. Not the whole antenna, just the black outer cover. I still have the inside part which is a screw on base with a wire sticking up. The 2002 antenna seems to be unique to that year only, although it looks exactly like the ones I see on EBay for 03-06. I bought one of those thinking it would fit but the threads in the female base of the antenna are different. This antenna is only three inches long and doesn't serve any purpose now but I would like to get a correct one. I haven't tried the dealer but did see prices on some of their other antennas so haven't bothered. Anyone got one or know where I can get one for a decent price?
