GM recycles RPO codes so you really need the codes for your model year.
They used to be found in the parts books. I scanned the 73-93 Light truck parts books. I have microfiche of the 94 up T400 & 01-05 T800 parts books but not paper. The outfits I've found still want your firstborn child and your right kidney to scan fiche to PDF.
