off topic Firebird Rocket Car

I saw this at Auto Zone on Harry Hines and Walnut Hill. I think the guy works there because I see it there all time but it is driven daily. I had to show it yall for the fabwork. The guy actually did some pretty decent sheet metal fabing but he needs to find another outlet for his expertise. What do the words on the rear quarter mean? There is actually an electric fan behind the hubcap on hood. Very strange looking bird.

I think the words on the side of the car "TIRANTAZO CINPURATO" translate to: If found return to NASA. or maybe it means got rice??? LOL
