Sorry, not near there but like your El Wagino.

And, that's a nice home-made looking camper on the blue pickup

Re: Relocating to Cheyenne Wy

Sorry not from there but I noticed you are in LA. I was in for 20 years and it never seemed to amaze me that they always moved us from the warmest place to the coldest or vice a versa just after the family had gotten used to the weather. Good luck in WY and hopefully you will find a place with a garage big enough for all of your toys.

Re: Relocating to Cheyenne Wy

That is funny never noticed how the house lined up wit the truck bed. I'll throw in a couple more pics of the Custamino for ya. It is a I bought it she got it kind of deal. Wife drives the wheels off it.

Yes military moves always seem to be from one temp extreme to another. My brother went from on the beach Florida to son of a beach Minot North Dakota!

Re: Relocating to Cheyenne Wy

Wife called "truck died I ran out of gas"

Me "are you sure it's out of gas?"

Wife "yes fuel gauge is on E"

Me "how did that happen babe there are six gas station you pass twice a day?"

Wife "I checked the gauge... I had a quarter tank three days ago"

Me "LMAO"

Wife "just be glad I was able to diagnose the problem myself and bring me gas"

Cool, do you head into Cheyenne for frontier days? Is there any other big events that happen annually?

Re: Relocating to Cheyenne Wy

I haven't been to frontier days in the last couple years but there's thunder in the Rockies bike rally in September every year in Loveland Co. We usually hit that every year.

Re: Relocating to Cheyenne Wy

All moved in up in Cheyenne, seen a few C-10s running around town. Just got mine back on the road, just in time for the warmer weather! Now I have to tune the carb for this altitude ... poor thing can't breathe.

Re: Relocating to Cheyenne Wy

I am not in Cheyenne, but only 4 hours North-Northwest of you in the Black Hills of SD, right next to Ellsworth AFB.
Be sure to mark your calendar for the Good-Guys event in Loveland which is only about 1 hour South on I-25. I think they now have it in early Sept this year.
No matter how cold you think you are in Cheyenne, just remember... it still isn't as cold as Minot, ND.

Re: Relocating to Cheyenne Wy

Thank you all for supporting the troops. Oh yes I've been to Minot a few times ... that's cold. Can't wait for the nice weather so I can stretch the legs on my truck.
