If you’re getting one, you need to remove side lamp on passenger side and fish out the inner bracket. Tough to do as sometimes hammered up into place.

You're thinking of the outside rear carrier- he's looking for the interior tire carrier that bolts to the floor behind the rear seat.

Actually looking for the same one. The interior bed one that bolts to the floor like you described. But not the interior one that bolts to the bedside.
