All the other "white" referenced sound so racist...that aint me and not going there either, sorry.
Oh yeah... I forgot we're living in that time now.

Then how about "Truck that happens to be white in color, which is totally acceptable"?

The military is how I got to Hawaii too but, that is another story. I hear ya, I am haole married to a Hawaiian/Tahitian and I probably say it more than others do to me! HA HA By the way - saddle road is a nice and smooth paved road now. Can get up to PTA in a snap - as long as the cops arent out there with radar.

Re: Name that truck

I think the best way to name the truck is

1) to STOP CARING who may be offended by the name, since there is no such thing as a name that will not offend someone these days.
and
2) Name it whatever the hell you want.

Re: Name that truck

Been putting a lot of thought into it. In Hawaii, EVERYONE has a Tacoma or 4Runner. They are EVERYWHERE and frankly, I hate seeing them. At every traffic light, there will be at least 3-5 of them and they all look the same.... The second choice out here on the Big Island is gigantic diesel trucks.

My lil C10 doesn't fit either of those two molds so... I am thinking of going with Outcast or Outkast - and both the truck and I being white (aka haole), it works on multiple levels... LOL

What do you think?

You're welcome to use it since you are only 4,690 miles away ;-)
