Suburban gas tank in c30 crew cab

Been searching reading digging all night im wanting to put a suburban tank on my 80 chevy c30 crew cab most all the post I find are half tons or shortness any one do a 1 ton long bed? Whats got to move I got factory rear sway bar and a class 5 hitch that all got to be back there. Not worried about the fill neck it can be built in the flatbed someplace.

Re: Suburban gas tank in c30 crew cab

Should be pretty easy with the long bed. Work from the rear cross member forward. I don't think you will run into anything major. I had to clearance my tank for the passenger side shock, but I have a short bed K30.
