1991 crew cab 4x4 short box

Hello iam new to this and aim wondering if someone could help me .
I have a 1991 Gmc 3+3 crew cab 4x4 and it's a long box now and I would like to make it a short box. Does any body know how much to take out of the frame to make it a short box

The wheelbase on a long bed is 131.5" and a shortbed is 117.5" so you would need to take out 14" crewcab long bed is 164.5" so it looks like if you will have a wheelbase of 150.5" if you make a crewcab shortbed.
