Re: Mike & Andy's insane road trip (56k should run in fear)

I ran into a guy at my new job yesterday that i worked with 20 years ago. Got to chatting. He mentioned vacationing in Oregon.

Thats how it all got to be on my mind. I told him the story, told him to email me. He did. I linked him the thread. Once i found it that is.

Next time you fly threw Nebraska you might have to stop in Kimball (50 or so miles from Wyoming border)

I know of a few bad-ass junkyards. Some old iron rotting away.

Hahaha, loved reading through this again! I still remember you two calling me as you were getting close to Cheyenne. And Andy grumbling about me picking the chic over you two.

Now I'm trying to remember when Andy went back out west and brought that burb of many colors home, before or after this trip? At least I got a crack open a Dew with him for an hour or so that time.

Heh, I did too, I'd never seen one till around '08 or so when I was in Minn or SD, thought it was a cool, but highly unusual, name. My wife came out there and found it offensive.

Thanks for bringing it back to life. I think about this tread every-once-in-a-while. My #2 favorite right behind Fleetside Paul's Open the Safe thread.
Sure wish Andy would come back to join us some time. I miss his wit.

entertaining craziest threads. I'd mention some of the other threads but I'm afraid somebody might bring them back to life..lol
