Question 64 El Camino Wheel Cylinders

So any of you who have one know there are two different sizes for both the front and rear of the wheel cylinders on our rides. I'm thinking about selling it and let the next guy swap discs in. Does it matter which wheel cylinders I swap out? Will it make any difference between them stopping wise either?
