Clutch delete plate and screws painted from factory?

Body color plate or black with phosphate coated screws?

71 Custom Deluxe, SWB, 2WD, 402, A/C. I developed an assm. guide "kit" for restoring it from ground up. With assys, the guide accts for 1000s of OEM identifications and part numbers, all written in short order. 700+ images include assm, illust., charts, and points of interest. All the ones on original trucks I have seen are phosphate colored

Thank you. I can vouch for the side facing the cab is gloss or more likely semi-gloss black. I painted the front long ago so wasn't sure. There didn't appear to be any body color.
