Half Burb/Half Pickup

Check out these vintage pics from the Chicago Auto Show, which I hadn't seen before: http://www.chicagoautoshow.com/show_...?d=1960&y=1969.

If I'm not mistaken, the '69 Burb cutaway is half Burb and half Pickup. In the second picture from the '73 show you can see that the next generation trucks also featured a half Burb/half Pickup cutaway (in the background). I imagine both of these were soon scrapped after the auto shows.

Sure looks like you can see the back of a pick-up cab through the windshield of the '69. I like the chrome wheels and hubcaps, they should have offered them that way!
