Thumbs up Truck hauler!!!

72 Chevy with 68 front clip with 68 Caddy 472 and transmission front wheel drive. This thing is awesome!

I have a 94 Eldorado touring coupe sitting with the front end wrecked. It's fuel injected to! All I need is a trailer and a good welder!

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Truck hauler!!!

That is very cool and innovative.....love the idea of the front wheel drive Caddy powertrain.
I wonder how that will stand up to hauling?....noting its pretty heavy duty.
either way, very nice.

Re: Truck hauler!!!

Very cool looking vehicle. Love the concept. But the dual real trailer axles are the weak point of the design. Tire scrub during turns will make quick work of those tires under load. How many dual axle trailers have you seen on the side of the road with a blown out sidewall? I've seen a lot. A one-ton dually rear axle would be more road friendly and durable. Probably why most truck haulers you see don't run dual rear axles.

Re: Truck hauler!!!

To each his own, but man... I gotta say it-

That is one ugly monstrosity!

Makes me want to buy it, pull the cab, scrap the rest, and put it on a proper 1 ton chassis just to put the poor thing out of its misery! LOL
