Torsion Bars & Air Bags?

I'm considering taking on a bagged old school caddy project but it is a front wheel drive with a torsion bar set up.

So i thought i should ask the following here since the 62 and older trucks have this set up.

-Is it possible to airbag this type of suspension?

Any pictures, input or thoughts are welcomed. Thanks in advance!

Dang, why don't you pick a tough one? Anything is possible with the right tools. Torsion bar suspension presents some difficulty, but it's compounded by the FWD. I have seen several imports bagged so I know it's possible.

Re: Torsion Bars & Air Bags?

What I have heard is that the torsion bar trucks are easier to bag than the spring trucks. Something about no spring pockets/fab is easier/etc./etc.

Grain of salt though, it's just what I've heard.

Thanks what I'm thinking bro, I might be biting off more than i can chew. If been wanting something with bags for a while maybe i should keep it simple and bag my 72 for starters.
