Re: What fuel pump to buy?

go to rock auto and buy an ac delco or Delphi. airtex ,bosch, carter, and denso. are hit and miss with reliability. I know I have changed a few pumps a few weeks after install. like the old saying you get what you pay for. trust me I know. good luck.

Re: What fuel pump to buy?

Stay with AC or Delphi. They run quieter and much longer than the cheaper alternatives.

Whatever you do don't go to your local auto parts store and buy their store brand pump. Those things are crap.....

Re: What fuel pump to buy?

do it right the first time and buy an ep381. +1 for delco or delphi. this is one part you don't want to cheap out on.

I don't go to Napa any more. I've gotten tired of hearing "Don't have it".

Re: What fuel pump to buy?

Our local Napa has a serious attitude problem. They all act like they hate their job. I refuse to go into that store. Back to the original question.

Luckily for him you aren't in the Nevada area, so he could probably have better luck at HIS NAPA

If you let someone give you attitude, you're 1/2 to blame for just putting up with and not speaking up to let them know you aren't going to put up with it. It's amazing once you do that, you never have the attitude problem again. In fact to the contrary, they usually go out of their way to make sure you don't have to say it again.
