Re: Project Blue Goose

Thanks, 2" dropped springs and 2" dropped spindles. I almost cut one coil before I installed them but I stopped myself I'm not sure how its gonna sit with the air bags in the rear. I may end up putting bags in the front eventually....

If I dont go with the Vette suspension, I was wondering what 2.5" spindles and 2" coils would do... Are the tubular A arms offering any drop along with the other stuff?
My problem is the PO heated the coils and I have no idea what stock hight is so i can figure what to do with a proper drop

Check out the suspension section for some pics, maybe this can help also http://pbfab.com/67-72-gm-truck. There is a thread in the suspension section I'll try and find that will help with the drop selection.

The a-arms don't add addition drop with coil springs but they allow additional drop with air bags when compared to stock LCA unless you cup them. Because if you don't cup the LCA you'll have to bolt a plate on so that the bag has a flat surface to sit on. Hope this makes sense. There are better qualified people on here that can help here http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/f...splay.php?f=25 Nate
