Bench Seat help

I have a 71 burb, originally 3 row. Currently it has two unknown buckets up front and no middle/rear. I want to replace those with two full bench seats (no 3rd row). The 67-72 pickup bench seats are the easiest to find. I know the front will bolt up no problem, just have to recover it.

What about using a pickup bench for a middle seat. If I get a set a set of burb seat brackets, will they bolt up to the truck bench or will I need to do some fab?

Re: Bench Seat help

You would definately need to do some fab to make a front bench bolt in as a second. I can't say for sure because I've never measured, but I think a front bench would sit up higher than a regular 2nd row.
