Today's project

Well finally got to use my new bead roller and fab up some wheel tubs! I cold have used a hand to turn the crank while guiding the metal, wouldbhave been easier to make straight lines! Well at least now I dont have to worry about rocks and water slinging every where!

Talking Re: Today's project

What type of joint did you use to blank off the inside panel? "Pittsburg" type duct
Joint? Or did you buy the tubs pre-assembled?

Re: Today's project

No i made them from scratch! I made the sides out of 24 gauge steel and welded on a 2" lip, i made the hoops from .32 aluminum and pop rivited them in place! No one made a 41"wide tub that was only 15 1/2" tall😞

Good job! It's always more fun making your own parts. I've always wanted to use one to put 3D flames in my hood, just never had the stones to cut up my hood. lol
