This is where I went overboard. Porterbuilt front, I got mine in a box awaiting powder coat and install.

here are a few things i havent seen done before
i used the column shifter to actuate a ball valve for my air horns  made a dash extension/ trim piece and chopped down the column shift lever. also made a knob for it.  made a box that all the switches are mounted into to make it harder to hotwire if someone tried to steal it.    a folding wood bed floor

Here is my tailgate. Opens from the side, no latches showing, no release latch or handle showing, and hidden hinges. Had the lettering done by an airbrush artist also. The box floor has no bolts in the strips, and no mounting bolts in the wood.
