Re: Need HELP ASAP

Can't say for sure but I'm sure someone makes frame boxing kits with pre cut pieces that any welder could put in. Or look for metal fab shops or chassis in your area. If no one on the board speaks up.

Re: Need HELP ASAP

I don't understand the problem. Buy a sheet of steel, cut strips the right width, weld them in. Welding them the correct way of course. If you have the ability to weld, you should have the ability cut pieces. What's the problem?

Let's assume you don't have a good method to cut the sheets. Then you take measurements and give them to a shop and ask them to quote the cost of the pieces. If it's too high, have them make just a few pieces each week until you get done.

If it's too hard to draw pieces like "S" shapes. Then make templates from cardboard and give them those. Or trace them on paper and give them the drawings so you can keep the templates.

Re: Need HELP ASAP

Just take a piece of cardboard and put up against the frame and hit it with a hammer. Frame will make an impression on the cardboard. Could you tell us why you need this boxing of the frame?
