Intermittent Wipers have mind of their own.
New to this side of board but is it common problem for int wipers to not function properly on 88 up ( this is 90 I'm working on). One time works fine next time it may go non stop for couple minutes. Wipers will stop in middle,top3/4of windshield. Relay under hood a fix? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Doesn't matter what position you put it on either.

It is probably the circuit board in the wiper motor. They are know to have a lot of bad solder joints. I don't have the stuff handy, but you can pull the circuit board and replace it or sometimes you can just resolder the joints on the board.

Yes. I just followed the information on this board and resoldered mine and it solved my problem. Just do a search, it's pretty easy fix.
