Trailblazer SS

Merry Christmas to me! I rolled off the lot yesterday with 8 miles on the odometer. 2008 1SS with sun and sound package, 2wd, silverstone metallic. Wow, what a blast to drive. No pics yet. Be patient.

Bought my wife one last year. Close out on 2006's LS for 15K. It's got the 4.1 straight 6 and gets 20-22 mpg on the highway. I thought that was pretty good for a suv. Plenty of power for a 6 and I like the short turning radius.

Re: Trailblazer SS

Can't wait to see some pics. The wife has an '05 Trailblazer, and man do I wish it was an SS. I'm trying to talk her into one for the next new car purchase.

Merry Christmas to you!

Re: Trailblazer SS

Enjoy it! And write off those original tires to the "breakin" period (assuming you've found the "nanny button" and know that if you hold it in for 5 secs....).

Re: Trailblazer SS

turns more then the traction control off. if you want to get crazy with it hold the button in for about 5 sec (don't push and release or you'll still be in TC off mode) and you'll notice it will switch from "traction control off" mode to "stabilitrac off" mode.....which means that both the "nannies" are turned off and you can not only spin the tires...but also get it sideways.
