Help identifying two relays on firewall.

Hello all,

I've searched through wiring diagrams and can't seem to identify these two relays(?), it doesn't look they go anywhere except it looks like it has one black wire going to the transmission wiring all the others look like they were clipped at one time and taped up out of the way. Any help is appreciated.
