1962 K20 SM465 NP205 swap

I am putting a late model SM465 32 spline output shaft long adapter and long input shaft synchronized NP 205 in my 1962 K20. Any help on what crossmember I should use would be greatly appreciated.

Re: 1962 K20 SM465 NP205 swap

I'd say the existing CM, or the one that belongs w/ the new parts. 67-72 shared frame width w/ 73-87 and I'm pretty sure 60-66 was also the same. 32" comes to mind.
Depending on your engine and rear gear, you might think about an NV4500, which that NP205 should almost bolt to.
