Work truck/hauler/tow vehicle.
2001 HD 2500 Duramax/Allison w/3:73's. H2 wheels w/Terra Grappler 285 tires. Loaded with work gear (600lbs at least) I get 16/17mpg daily around town. Unloaded highway travel exceeds 22mpg. Towing a 'normal' car/truck it averages 15mpg but towing my offroad blazer @ better than 8K total it drops down to high 12's. Pulls like a beast and never "has" to go below 70mph on the grades.
