Parts I wish some one made

As I work on my truck, there are a few parts that I wish some one or some company produced that are not currently produced by the big parts companies. The bottom of my fleetside tailgate is badly rusted but the rest is in good shape. Would love to be able to buy just the bottom eight inches all the way across.

What does everyone else need? This is not my tailgate just an internet sourced picture.

Polished Billet Sail Panel, you wouldn't have to use screws to install it (3M tape).

My '62 spent it's whole life in Las Vegas, Nevada when I got it and it still had the common rust in the fenders.

WE get flash floods up here and the little pocket in the front fenders can trap mud and water and you cant really get it out.

Plus, not all of Arizona is desert. We have huge mountains that get decent snowfall and yes they use salt to help with the roads.

Levers for the recirc heater controls. It wasn't that hard to modify the levers I ordered for the deluxe heater, but it would have been nice to have a ready-made part.

Low hump transmission tunnel panel.

Original steering column.

More GMC specific items like instrument bezel, parking lamp housings, grille, etc.

I have not yet been able to confirm this, but i think these trucks came from the factory with rusted out fenders as standard equipment. Only those buyers who paid extra for the rust delete option were spared. Lol!

My dad had a 64 when he was in high school, truck was 12 or 13 years old when he bought it and the fenders were rusted on it.

I haven't checked in awhile, but are the 64-66 grilles the only ones being repopped? Other years would be nice...

I could use a patch panel to get rid of the spare tire cut out on the left rear fender.

How about the back of the cab just inside of the cab corner? or the bottom corners of the radiator support?
