15” wheel trim rings

My 15” truck rally’s have the smaller trim rings. Where do you get the larger trim rings that cover the entire lip?

I got 3" trim rings for my 6 lug rally wheels at Speedway Motors.

Re: 15” wheel trim rings

I went out and looked at my truck and I have the same trim rings you do. But I'm kind of liking them a lot the way they show more of the wheel. My wheels are in a contrasting color. I would be interested in seeing pictures after you get those bigger rings.

My wheels are a little ratty in the area the 3” rings will cover. I’m going to glass bead the wheels and repaint them. I’ve seen some pictures on this site with the bigger rings, and they always look good to me.
I saw Summit has a set of 4 for $110👍

I prefer the smaller rings myself. Then again, I also prefer the 88-98 center caps. I never heard of anyone glass beading wheels. They can handle all the sandblaster you give them and kind of required to effectively get all the rust.

My father in law has a glass beading cabinet. I’ve used it a lot over the years. A wheel pretty well fills up the cabinet. It gets them spotless.

Re: 15” wheel trim rings

Just my opinion they both look good, it may be the difference with six lug and five. I got five lug with three inch rings, look real good. My son has six lug with the small width rings.
Maybe it's the difference with the five lug and six lug rectangular pattern, like I said I do like them both, to me I can only explain the difference as tuxedos with my five lug three inch deep rings compared to leather jacket and jean's on the six lug with the small rings they look tougher. Both are TWD by the way.
FWIW I glass bead one wheel took for ever then used my small portable sand blaster with that black bead stuff, way faster just as clean.

Re: 15” wheel trim rings

The 2" are from later trucks. My '90 blazer came with those

Re: 15” wheel trim rings

U can also use rings from any GM rally wheel from mid 70’s , like from a grande prix , 15 by 7” etc , I believe they are 2 1/2” wide
